1 c butter
1 c sugar
4 eggs
4 oz can chopped green chilies (OR chopped red and green hot peppers)
16 oz can creamed corn
1/2 c cheddar cheese shredded
1 c flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 c cornmeal (white or yellow)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar, add eggs, chilies, corn and cheese. Stir in flour, baking powder and cornmeal. Butter a 9 x 13 baking pan. Pour in mixture and bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
