2 c flour
3/4 c chopped walnuts
2 sticks butter, softened

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c sugar
2 Tbsp milk
8 oz cool whip
2 pkg (4 serving size) instant pudding, any flavor
3 1/2 c cold milk

Directions:

Grease 9x13 pan, preheat oven to 350.
Blend flour, walnuts and butter. Press mixture into pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool.

Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 Tbsp milk until smooth. fold in 1/2 cool whip. Spread over crust. Prepare pudding as directed on package using 3 1/2 c milk. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Srpead remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Garnish with grated chocolate or chopped nuts, if desired.
