2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 can diced green chills
1 can cream corn
12 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 bunch green onions diced (optional )

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare large casserole pan, spray or butter, preheat oven to 375

Stir together mixes, milk and eggs, just till blended. Add chilis,onions and 1/2 of the cheese. Pour into pan. Bake 35 min, sprinkle top with remaining cheese and bake 10 min longer... should be moist do not bake til dry
