Watermelon
Basil or Mint leaves
Firm Feta Cheese
Balsamic Vinegar
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Slice watermelon into bite sized cubes.
Slice feta cheese into bite sized pieces, only thinner than the watermelon.
Stack feta on top of watermelon.
Top with a piece of basil or mint leaf (use one or the other.)
Stick toothpick through stack.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Serve chilled.

Use a firm block of feta so it does not crumble when you stick it with the toothpick.
Use freshly cut watermelon as it looses its juice soon after cutting.
