Grandma's version.
Keep full racks and cook under broiler. She used the special pewterish broiler tray that I think Janet has so only she can really make them this way. Probably takes 15-20 on each side but could easily burn so you would need to watch it closely and also not have the rack to close to the heat source.

Steve's variation.
Cut ribs into 2/3 rib sections. Probably best to do this before you season them. They will fit easier on a baking sheet or broiler tray this way. Oven temperature can be anywhere from 350 to 425. Baking time will vary depending on temp of oven but total,time should be 1-1/4 to 2 hours. After the first half hour, turn the pieces over occasionally.

They're done when they're browned and slightly charred but if you overlook too much, they'll get dried out.
