3 tbsp. corn starch
3 tbsp. sugar
4 cups milk
2 tsp. blossom water
1 tsp. rose water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, sugar and corn starch together. Put in cooking pot. Cook on low heat until mixture thickens. Keep stirring to prevent the milk from sticking to the pan.
Add the blossom water and rose water. Stir for an additional minute.
Remove from heat.

Pour the mixture in small ice cream size bowls.

Optional - You may garnish this dessert with pine nuts, walnuts, and pistachios.
