1 ½ lb. london broil steak (cut in cubes)
5 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. allspice
¼ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
6 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1 can tomato paste
2 1/2 cups water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Riz (Rice)
½ cup noodles
1 tbsp. shortening
2 cups rice
2 cups water
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In pot, sauté garlic in olive oil. Add cubed steak. Add allspice, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Cook meat until it is no longer pink.
Mix together the tomato paste and water. Add to meat mixture. When the meat mixture boils, add potatoes. Reduce heat and cook on medium for ½ hour to ¾ of an hour. Add 1 tbsp. lemon juice to the potato mix.

Sauté noodles in shortening. Add rice. Add 2 cups water. When mixture boils, reduce heat and cook on low for 20 minutes.
Put rice in plate. Add potato mixture.
