1 lb rigatoni pasta
1 lb hot italian sausage (Johnsonville)
8 oz cream cheese ( light works here )
1 lb shredded mozzarella or mixed provolone and parmesan
32 oz pasta marinara sauce
fennel
oregano
basil
garlic

bell pepper chopped, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
boil pasta, drain and place in 9by13 pan
add cream cheese and toss till melted and pasta coated.

cook sausage, add garlic and seasonings, add sauce, simmer 10 min

top pasta with half the cheese, top with meat sauce then rest of cheese.
Bake 350 for 25-30 min
