2 slices of bread
1 slice Cabot pepper jack cheese
1 slice of Cabot Swiss cheese
1 slice Cabot cheddar
4 mac apple slices
3 slices of bacon
1 slice of turkey lunch meat
drizzle of maple mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly butter both slices of bread on one side. in a medium fry pan lay 1 slice of bread butter side down. Top with the pepper jack cheese, then the bacon, and apple slices. lay the swiss cheese on top of the apples, and the turkey. Then lay the cheddar cheese ontop of the turkey and drizzle with maple mustard. Top with last piece of bread, butteries up. Cook over med heat and cook slowly until cheese is melted and bread is browned turning over a couple of times during cooking process.
