1 Package of thick bacon (chopped)
1 large head of cabbage (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot begin to cook chopped bacon. once there is enough bacon fat melted to cover bottom of pan add in the cabbage and garlic. Saute until cabbage is melted, and has browned on the edges. Add salt and pepper to taste.
