1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lb veal stew meat
1/2 c oil
1 med carrot minced
1 med onion minced
1 stalk celery minced
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 c beef bouillon
1 can (12 oz) tomatoes
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt & pepper. Toss veal until well coated. Heat 1/2 of oil. Brown veal. Put into slow cooker (crock pot). Saute onion, carrot, celery, garlic in remaining oil 3-4 minutes. Add to pot. Put beef bouillon and tomatoes into browning pan and scrape up all tasty morsels, then add to pot along with basil and rosemary. Cook for several hours. Serve over rice.
