1 lb hamburger
1 med onion, chopped
1/2 c rice, uncooked
3/4 c milk
salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients well. Form into balls. Put in baking dish. Pour soup (diluted with water) over meatballs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover last half hour of baking, turn meatballs over. Good with gravy spooned over mashed potatoes ( I usually make double gravy quantity).

When a dish calls for water, I usually swap out partial or all with a little wine!
