3-5lb boneless beef roast
1 1oz pkg au jus mix
1 7oz pkg Italian salad dressing mix packet
1 10.5 oz can beef broth
1/2 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef in slow cooker... mix sauce and pour over beef. Cover and cook on low 8 hours. Shred meat, thicken au jus to your liking. You can substitute beer for the H2O.
