1 medium head of cabbage
1 lg onions
1 lg pkg sauerkraut
1 stick butter
1 Tbs caraway seeds
1/2 c brown sugar
2 kielbasa sausages

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the cabbage and 2 large onions up coarsely (2 inch squares). Melt 1 stick butter in 13x9 pan or casserole dish. Spread cabbage and onion on bottom. Drain 1 lg package sauerkraut. Spread on top of cabbage and onion. Sprinkle caraway seeds. Spread brown sugar on top. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, covered with foil.

In another pan boil 2 kielbasa. Slice in 1/2 inch slices. Spread on top. Bake in 300º oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.

(Good with pork roast)
