3 cans tuna OR salmon

Dressing:
1/3 c olive oil
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 c fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsp snipped fresh basil
1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make dressing: mix all ingredients with a whisk or shake in a covered jar.

Mix tuna or salmon with dressing
Serve in a sandwich with your favorite bread.
