Ingredients:
4 pounds country style pork ribs
1 - 7 3/4 oz. jar strained junior peaches
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 t. ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into serving size pieces and place in a Dutch oven. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender - 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Drain.

Place meat in a glass 9 x 13 pan. In separate bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Let marinate in refrigerator overnight.

Drain well, reserving marinade. Grill ribs over hot coals for 30 to 60 minutes, depending on thickness of ribs, basting frequently with marinade.

Or may bake in 425 degree oven for 30 to 60 minutes (same as grill).

Serves 6.
