2 lb lean hamburger
1 lb pork sausage
1 med onion
3 cloves garlic
2 cans refried beans
3 packs of dry taco mix
1 pack of dry ranch mix
1 lg jar of taco sauce
1 lg container Daisy sour cream
1 block of cheddar cheese - shredded
1 block of taco cheese - shredded
1 block of Colby cheese - shredded

Directions:
Fry hamburger, sausage, onion, and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain grease. Add dry taco mix to meat mixture. Grease the bottom and sides of an 8 1/2 x 11 pan. Cover the bottom with refried beans. Next add the meat mixture. Combine sour cream and ranch seasoning and spread over meat mixture. Next layer is the shredded cheeses then pour over taco sauce. Bake at 350° F for about 45 minutes - until you see the sauce bubbling. Serve with taco chips.
