2 - 10 oz package frozen, chopped spinach
2 tbls butter
2/3 c chopped onion
1 3/4 c cottage cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c Fetta cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter and onions. After draining and squeezing spinach on paper towel; add to onion and saute for a few minutes. Cool.

Add cheese mixture to spinach mixture.

Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until firm.
