Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 c Bisquick (approximate)
2 lb ground beef
2 lb pork sausage
4 c shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Grease a cookie pan with shortening. Mix beef, sausage and cheese together. Add Bisquick in 1 cup increments and mix well until the meat will no longer hold any more. Roll up in 1 inch balls. Space evenly out on cookie sheet. Bake un-covered for 20-25 minutes or until it is no longer pink. I have added some cream cheese to the mix as well to this a couple times. This is a big recipe so I always freeze about half of the balls before they are cooked.
