1 c buttermilk
1 egg
1/4 c Parmesan, grated
2 c Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 bag store-bought cheese ravioli (about 24 ravioli)
marinara sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat deep fryer to 325° F. In one bowl whisk together buttermilk and egg. Put bread crumbs in separate bowl. Dip ravioli in buttermilk mix to coat then dredge in the bread crumbs. Place on a baking sheet until all are coated. Fry about 6 ravioli at a time, flip until golden brown (about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes). When done, place on a paper towel. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with your favorite warmed marinara sauce.

Tip: You can substitute with seasoned beef ravioli.
