2 cans Green Giant Mexicorn (drain)
2 cans black beans (drain & rinse)
1 sm red onion chopped
3 tomatoes diced
4 avocados diced
2 pkgs Good Season Italian dressing
1/2 c vinegar
1 c vegetable oil
4 green onions chopped(optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and serve with tortilla chips. Split recipe in half for smaller crowd.
