5-6 sweet potatoes
3/4 c white sugar
1/2 c margarine
2 eggs
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping:
1/2 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c butter, melted
whole pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Boil potatoes until tender. Let them cool, then peel them. Mash the potatoes. Combine all the ingredients, minus the topping. Add to potatoes and stir. Pour into casserole dish. Combine topping ingredients minus pecans. It will be crumbly. Spread on top of potato mixture. Top with whole pecans. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
