1 can of whole kernel corn
1 can cream of corn
1 - 16 oz tub of sour cream
1 box Jiffy cornbread
1 egg
1 stick of butter
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in dish. Put in both cans of corn, sour cream and egg. Mix together well. Sprinkle corn bread mix over corn and stir all together. Top with cheddar cheese and bake 45 minutes at 350° F degrees.

Mom spends a lot of her time volunteering at the VFW. She cooks a lot for others and enjoys this a lot. She is also very passionate about her grand-babies. Mom sets a strong example of what true friendship is, as she is a friend to all. You can always count on her.
