2 cups flour
1 cup butter or margarine
2 T. sugar

3 egg yolks
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/8 t. salt
1/3 cup milk
1/4 t. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
3 cups rhubarb, diced

Cool Whip (to top the bars when serving)

Mix 2 cups flour, 1 cup butter and 2 T sugar -- like pie crust. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Mix egg yolks, cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add sugar, maple syrup, salt, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in chopped nuts and 3 cups of rhubarb.

Place mixture on top of crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Serve with Cool Whip.
