1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 t. cream of tartar
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugars, oil and eggs. In separate bowl, sift together cream of tartar, baking soda, salt and flour. Add dry ingredient mixture to the butter mixture. Mix well.

Put teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
