5 lb baby ribs
2 green peppers, sliced
2 yellow peppers, sliced
2 red peppers, sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced
jalapeņos, minced
Lowry's season salt
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rub ribs with garlic, jalapeņos, and season salt. Layer in pan; ribs and peppers. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 24 hours. Leave wrapped and place in oven for 8 hours on low setting.
