3-4lb pork tenderloin

Sauce:
2 cups ketchup
6 tblsp Worcestershire sauce
6 tblsp dark brown sugar
2 tsp mustard
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tblsp molasses
1 cup red cooking wine, CAYENNE PEPPER TO TASTE
Cook on stove top to boil then add to crock pot to cooked pork

Using crock pot on low setting, cook pork tenderloin for approximately 6-8 hours or until the pork is able to be shredded. Add some water to pot prior to cooking pork.
Once pork is done, shred with fork and return to crock pot. Add the BBQ sauce and stir. Begin cooking on low for an additional 6-8 hours.
