1 Large Brisket
1 (5oz.) Liquid smoke
1 tsp. Celery salt
1 tsp. Onion salt
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8oz.) BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pour liquid smoke and spices over brisket. Cover and marinate overnight. Drain. Sprinkle salt and pepper on brisket. Add Worcestershire sauce. Cover and bake at 275º for 5 hours. Uncover. Add BBQ sauce and cook another hour.
Let set before slicing.
