1 cup margarine or butter 250ml
1 cup brown sugar 250ml
1cup white sugar 250ml
3 large eggs
1 cup of peanut butter(crunchy) 250ml
1cup coconut 250ml
1 cup chocolate or butterscotch chips 250ml
1cup of flour 250 ml
1 Tbsp baking soda (so I lied) 15 ml
1 cup oatmeal 250ml
1cup golden raisins 250ml
1 cup nuts chopped(pecans) 250ml

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat butter, both sugars, eggs and peanut butter until creamy,
Add remaining ingredients and mix well . Drop by spoonfuls on Cookie sheets or muffin tins and Bake 8-10 minutes.
Should make about 8-9 dozen which don’t last too long!
I use muffin tins with a spoonful and they turn out well.
