1 1/2 lbs. pork spareribs
1 1/2 T. Soya sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cup spareribs into individual ribs. Marinate spareribs with soya sauce, salt and garlic for one hour or longer.Cover spareribs with beaten egg, then coat with flour and bread crumbs. Place spareribs on a tray, cover tray with aluminum foil before you put the spareribs on. Bake for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour @ 325º F.
