3 1/2 lb. pork or beef ribs
1 large piece ginger
6 Tbsp. shoyu
3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
10 drops of Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil the ribs with crushed ginger and just enough water to cover for 45 minutes.
2. Drain the ribs well.
3. In a large bowl combine shoyu, oyster sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and Tabasco.
4. Add the sauce to the ribs. Soak for 2-3 hours.
5. Broil or grill ribs.
