1 lb. butter
3 Tbsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. pepper
20 pieces of garlic (crushed)
2 bunches Chinese parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt the butter and add all the ingredients. Refrigerate sauce as needed.
2. Charcoal broil steaks (2 inch thick). Cut into bite-sized pieces and drench in BBQ sauce.
