2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp.instant chicken bouillon
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350º. Saute mushrooms and onion in a skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Shake flour with water to prevent lumps. Add to mushrooms along with next five ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

2) Arrange chicken in a 9x9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
