4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (13 3/4 ounce) chicken broth
1/2 C sour cream
2 t Dijon mustard
8 slices white bread, cubed
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat together eggs, broth, sour cream and mustard. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and mushroom. Pour into greased 2 quart oval or 12x8x2 inch baking dish. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
Uncover; bake at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
