8 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
4 ounces cream cheese,softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2-3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten each roll into a 3-inch circle. Place on a large sprayed baking sheet. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size. While rolls are rising, combine cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Remove wrap from rolls. With fingertips press indentations in the center of each roll. Fill with about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown.
Combine glaze ingredients and brush over rolls while warm. Drizzle more glaze on top, if desired.
