Ingredients:  
1- 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour

Filling:
1 lb. firmly ground walnuts
5-6 T. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup warm milk
3 egg whites, beaten stiff

Directions:
Directions:
Combine filling ingredients in bowl. Combine cheese, butter and vanilla. Blend in flour (with spoon) 1 cup at a time, shape into 2 balls and refrigerate overnight, wrap in clear plastic. Let dough warm, sprinkle work surface with flour, roll dough into a large square. Cut into 3" squares, spread with 1/2 tsp. filling and roll up. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350º
