Crust:
1 cup flour
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 stick butter, chilled cut in pieces

Topping:
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
2 T. flour

3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease and flour 11x7 pan. Stir together flour and sugar, using fingers or fork, mix in butter until very crumbly. Press into pan and bake for 10 minutes. In small bowl combine coconut, pecans, flour, baking powder and salt. In medium bowl beat the eggs brown sugar, vanilla and lemon zest. Stir the dry ingredients into the egg mixture. Remove pan from oven and cool slightly. Pour topping over crust, spreading evenly with rubber spatula and bake 18-20 minutes or til topping is golden brown and set. Let cool slightly, then cut into 20 bars while still warm.
