1 egg
1/2 cup water
4 Tbsp sesame seed
1/2 cup flour
4 to 6 chicken breats
3/4 tsp salt

Sauce:
1/4 cup oil
1 cup catsup
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare chicken by removing skin and bones; cut into bite-sice pieces. Beat egg; add water, salt, sesame seed, and flour. Mix to make smooth batter. Dip chicken pieces into batter to coat; deep-fry until golden brown and tender, drain on paper towels.

Sauce; In saucepan, add oil, catsup, mustard and vinegar; stir until blended. Heat on stove but dont boil. Serve
