1 package (18 ounces) refrigerated Chocolate chip cookie dough
3/4 C. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1/2 C. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions:
Shape cookie dough into 1 inch balls. Place balls into greased mini muffin pan, press down center to make a deep well. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 10 minutes or until edges are set. Let stand for 5 minutes and remove to wire racks to cool completely. Spoon about 1 t. peanut butter into each cup.
Place morsels in heavy-duty plastic bag. Microwave at 10 second intervals, kneading until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to drizzle chocolate over cups.
