1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 375º
cream butter, sugar and vanilla. stir in flour, salt and pecans, chill. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, until set but not brown 10-20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
