1 pkg. pie crust mix
1-3oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 T. sugar
2 T. milk

Prune Filling:
1 lb. prunes, pitted
2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
dash of salt

Apricot Filling:
1 cup chopped apricots
1 cup firm pack light brown sugar
1/2 cup water
2 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mix, cheese, sugar and milk, stir with fork until mixture forms a ball. Divide in half (or enough to be able to roll out evenly) roll dough and cut into 3" squares or 21/2 " rounds. spoon 1/2 tsp filling in each round, fold over and seal edges with fork. Bake at 350º 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, transfer at once to wire rack, dust with confectioners sugar before serving.

Prune Filling:
cover prunes with 2 cups water, let stand for 1 hour. Add sugar and salt and cook in covered saucepan until tender. Cool in liquid. Mash prunes and combine with liquid, a little at a time. Mixture should be soft. Can add some solo prune preserves

Apricot Filling:
mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat, bring to boil. cook, stirring constantly 8-10 minutes or until thickened. Cool completely. Can add solo apricot preserves if too thick.
