16 oz. confectioners sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1-12oz. package chocolate chips
2 T. shortening

Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients, roll into one inch balls, chill. Melt chocolate chips over hot water, dip each ball in chocolate to resemble a buckeye, refrigerate.
