1 package sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
15 slices day old white bread, cubed
1 small zucchini, diced
1 C. scallions
6 oz. grated cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1 qt. milk
1 t. each salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread bread cubes on bottom of dish and top with sausage, zucchini, onions and cheese. In separate bowl combine remaining ingredients, whisk well. Pour into baking dish,m cover with foil, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Uncover, place in preheated 375º oven. Bake 1 hour or until center is firm and top is golden brown.
