1 cup Butter
1 cup Shortening
8 cups Confectioners sugar
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla extract
6 oz Heavy cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and butter until fluffy. Add confectioner’s sugar and continue to cream until well blended.
Add salt, vanilla and whipping cream blend on low speed until moistened. Add additional whipping cream if necessary. Beat at high speed until frosting is fluffy.
