6 cups of sliced zucchini
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz pkg. stuffing mix
1 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup diced onions

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook the zucchini and onions in salt water until done. Drain. Combine the chicken soup and sour cream and add the carrots. Stir, fold the zucchini mixture in.

2) Combine the stuffing mix and margarine and spread half of the stuffing mix in a large baking dish. Spread the zucchini mixture, and spread remaining stuffing mixture on top. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
