2 cups diced onion
2 cups diced celery
1 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup butter

3 golden delicious apples, diced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

16 cups bread crumbs
1 lb cooked and crumbled sausage
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup chopped parsley

Directions:
In skillet over medium heat saute vegetables in butter for 10 minutes. Add diced apples and seasonings, saute for 4 minutes. Toss with remaining ingredients.
