1 C WHITE KARO
1/2 C RED WINE VINEGAR
BLACK PEPPER
1/4 TSP GARLIC SALT
1-3 DROPS HOT SAUCE
WORCESTERSHIRE POWDER

HEAT OVEN 450º. POUR SAUCE OVER RIBS. COVER WITH FOIL. COOK 40 - 50 MIN REMOVE FOIL AND LEAVE IN OVEN TO CRISP. DECORATE WITH CARROTS - PARSLEY - AND PEARS
