3 lb. chicken wings (tips removed)
1 tsp. salt
vegetable oil
1 cup cornstarch
3 eggs, beaten

Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
3 T. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup currant jelly
2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut wings at joint, rinse and dry.Preheat oven to 350º. Sprinkle with salt, roll pieces in cornstarch, then dip in egg. Deep fry in hot oil until lightly golden brown (about 5 minutes) drain on paper towels. Can be frozen at this time. Combine all sauce ingredients. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over chicken, bake 20-30 minutes.
