1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup oil
2 onions, sliced
1 lb. chicken livers
2-3 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
saute onions in oil until golden brown, remove from pan. Add butter to pan and saute livers until brown, season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook 5-10 minutes. Put onions, livers and eggs in processor and pulse until well blended. Serve with crackers or melba toast.
