12 vanilla wafers
2 - 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
cream together cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add eggs 1 at a time, mix well and add vanilla. Line muffin tin with foil cup cake liners. Place wafer in liner, fill with batter 1/4" from top. Bake for 15-25 minutes, center will fall while cooking. Fill with any pie filling, chill.
